It's that time again, here goes.

1. IRC server running at irc.welp.me/6667, SSL - irc.welp.me/6697.
   
2. I've embedded a kiwiirc page that has its own tab, you can use a client or the website.
3. Overhauled a bunch of channel modes and IRC settings.
   
4. IRC Services are up and running. some channels require registration with nickserv, if you need help try #help. You can create vhosts at #vhost, just leave a message so I can activate it....
